Streamlined efficiency
When you join Paxus as our client, our team will take you through seven steps. From your first contact with us to a long-term relationship you can count on, we’ll guide you through every step.
- Contact us for a consultation.
- Receive a detailed quote with 2-3 service tiers to choose from.
- Accept a quote that meets your needs and an engagement letter is emailed.
- Sign the engagement letter and submit 50% down payment of onboarding fee to retain your position in our queue.
- Kickoff call is scheduled.
- Onboarding process is initiated and completed. (More onboarding details below.)
- Follow-up call takes place 90 days after onboarding to determine process improvement.

Onboarding
We’ve honed our onboarding process so becoming a Paxus CPA client will be a seamless and reassuring experience. Our goal is to partner with you to help your business sustain growth and profitability. Here’s what you can expect while you’re being onboarded:
- Integration into our technology tools: Setting up your business in our tech stack, including accounting and productivity tools
- Training on Dext: Providing hands-on guidance to help you efficiently use Dext for expense management and document uploads.
- Learning your existing software systems, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and annual goals so we can customize our analysis to help you track your goals.
- The onboarding process can last 2-3 weeks. During this time, we will collect essential information. Receiving accurate and complete information during this time is key to a successful engagement.
