LISA DIONISIO, CPA

Founder & CEO

As Paxus CPA’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Dionisio, CPA brings a broad financial background spanning private client services, financial planning, bookkeeping, and advisory to the firm she founded. Lisa’s accounting journey began at Arthur Andersen in Minneapolis, where she honed her skills in the private client services department, before transitioning to the banking industry with a focus on financial planning for high-net-worth individuals. She eventually returned to Oklahoma and shifted her expertise toward bookkeeping and advisory services before founding Paxus CPA. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota, but she is a true Sooner at heart. She is dedicated to giving back to her Oklahoma community, serving as Treasurer of Bridges, Audit Chair for United Way of Norman, and a board member of the Oklahoma Catholic Foundation, and is also an active member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Norman. Lisa and her husband, Mike, have two children. When not crunching numbers, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, exploring new destinations, and savoring a well-brewed cup of coffee.
