RACHEL HASTINGS, CPA

As one of Paxus CPA’s Lead Accountants, Rachel Hastings, CPA brings public accounting and tax experience across a wide range of industries to her clients. Before joining Paxus, Rachel spent three years in public accounting preparing and reviewing tax returns for passthrough and corporate entities, primarily serving oil & gas and manufacturing clients along with a wide range of other industries. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma before becoming a licensed CPA. What she loves most about the work is getting to know the people and organizations in and around Norman and helping them with their businesses or nonprofits, which makes her feel like part of the community rather than just someone who lives there. A native of Yukon, Oklahoma, Rachel enjoys visiting family there and taking in Czech Fest and Rock the Route. She and her husband, Ross, and their dog, Ducky, cherish time with their large, close-knit family. Outside the office, she enjoys quilting, embroidery, sketching, and attending concerts with family and friends.
